Lamiz joined L.A. Dalvie & Associates on 1st March 2002. She studied part time via Intec College and received a Higher Diploma in Paralegal Studies in 2007. Lamiz was awarded the Phillip Steyn Prize Award for being the Top Student for an advanced Estates Course held by the Igqwethu Training Academy in 2009.-
Lamiz is the Senior Paralegal in the Conveyancing Department and is responsible for managing the conveyancing staff. She deals with all aspects of conveyancing and property transactions and has attended to a large number of sectional title and residential developments. She is involved with the drafting of all types of transfer documents and of bond documents for all four major banks.
Lamiz has experience in all fields of Conveyancing.
